A clear customer promise is not proof of demand
Drafting a hypothetical press release can force a team to state the customer problem and intended value before building. The accompanying questions should then probe whether delivery is feasible—but a well-articulated promise is still not evidence of demand.
Write the reasoning before debating the decision
A prose document can require its author to explain the case in complete sentences and support it with data. Giving participants time to read it together can create common context before the discussion begins.
